How To: Fix A Slow Mac

Over time, many Mac computers can become slow. Whether this is due to system or user error, it can slow the performance of your system down to a crawl. In this video I show you a few tips and tricks in OS X that should make your computer run much faster. Specifically, I am using OS X El Capitan 10.11.5 on a 2014 MacBook Pro.

DISCLAIMER: Please perform a Time Machine backup of your system before following this tutorial. I am not responsible if something goes wrong and you lose data etc. I have performed the steps in this video hundreds of times with iMacs, MacBook Pro/Air, and Mac Pro desktops with no issues. Please follow my instructions carefully (or watch the video twice!).
